In accordance with our shopping convenience policy, all taxes and customs procedures are covered by us, regardless of the fee.
If you are asked for a fee upon delivery & you pay it , definitely get the receipt and let us know!
In this case, we will give you a tax & apology refund.
Shipping Time
We offer Free Shipping worldwide. When your order is shipped from one of our international warehouses, you will receive an email with a tracking link and code. The warehouse from which it is shipped varies depending on your location and stock status.
For your peace of mind, VéritéVue covers all customs and taxes. Generally, all orders placed before 10:00 AM are shipped the same day. During busy days, shipping may take a few days. Our Estimated Delivery Time:

Exchange / Return
According to European Union Standards;
You have the right to return the product within 14 days from the day you received it. If you want an exchange, you must send the product to us and then we will initiate the exchange.
Returns are accepted according to our hygiene rules and return conditions. All products must be sent in their original condition, unused and unopened. We reserve the right not to accept return requests that do not comply with our return policy.
(According to the European Union Consumer Rights Law, the right of withdrawal does not apply if there are hygienic concerns about the product to be returned.)
How Do We Return It?
Send an email to destek@veritevue.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send you a shipping code and instructions.

Order Cancellation / Incorrect Address Information Entry
Orders can only be cancelled within 5 hours after the order is placed. We cannot extend this process due to our supplier's automated system. If you encounter such a situation , please send an e-mail to destek@veritevue.com immediately!
